SHIPPING

All items are handmade to order in Britain and as such can have a delivery time of up to 6-8 weeks.

All our prices include the cost of shipping to Mainland England & Wales. If you live in Scotland or the Islands please contact us for a shipping quote, sometimes there is no additional charge as it depends on the size and weight of the product you are ordering. All our orders are shipped via a specialist courier and require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that the delivery address you give will have someone available to sign for the goods, if this causes you a problem please contact us and we will arrange with the courier for them to leave the goods for you.

If you are an overseas buyer, and would like a specific quote for despatch to your region / country, then please contact us with your requirements - including what items you wish to purchase - and we will respond to you with a quotation and delivery options.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. All our refunds or exchanges are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges. This refund policy does not apply to products which are bespoke, have been made to your specification or which have been personalised.

The product must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure refund.

If the product you have received is faulty or damaged, we will refund any shipping, handling, and other additional charges in addition to a refund of the purchase price. We will refund only the purchase price if you return the product because you have changed your mind.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, not as described or where you exercise your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations as set out below.

When you buy online from Granddad Rob Designs, you have additional rights as a consumer under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to which we adhere. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in the United Kingdom provide that you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase of a product within 14 days after the date on which the product is delivered.

If you wish to exercise your right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing (via email) no longer than 14 days beginning the day after the date on which you receive the Product(s), and that you have taken reasonable care of the Product(s) and not used them. Please contact us for details of how to return Product(s).
